What We Offer

TWO CLEANER SERVICES:

We provide professional, and detailed cleaning services unique to your home. With hourly rates starting at $105 +HST, Spic and Span x2 have designed a pre-consult that identifies the best service for you and your home, mindful to any product sensitivities you, your pets or your family may have. Listed below are cleaning room details! No hidden fees or add-ons, Spic and Span x2 allow clients to mix and match their cleaning requests to meet their needs at competitive pricing and will remove garbage collected during clean from your home.

BATHROOMS:

Cleaning shower tub and walls, interior and exterior of toilet bowl

Wipe down of sinks, taps, counters, and mirrors

Dusting light fixtures, scrubbing floor moulding and trim and spot cleaning common touch areas on walls and doors

Washing floors and emptying garbage

KITCHEN:

Exterior wipe down of all appliances

Cleaning exterior of stovetop, interior of oven, both exterior and interior of fridge (minimum 3 hour clean suggested)

Cleaning sinks, faucets, countertops and exterior of cupboards

Scrubbing floor moulding and trim and spot cleaning common touch areas on walls and doors

Washing floors and emptying garbage

LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM:

Dusting common touch surfaces, furniture, ceiling fan, and light fixtures

Vacuuming carpeted floors and washing non-carpeted floors

Scrubbing floor moulding and trim and spot cleaning common touch areas on walls and doors

BEDROOMS:

Dusting flat surfaces, light fixtures and ceiling fan

Cleaning mirrors and protective glass surfaces on furniture

Bed-making (with request for bedsheet change), and emptying garbage

Vacuuming carpeted floors and washing non-carpeted floors

Scrubbing floor moulding and trim and spot cleaning common touch areas on walls and doors

FRONT ENTRANCE/FOYERS AND HALLWAYS:

Dusting flat surfaces, and light fixtures

Vacuuming all carpeted and washing all non-carpeted floors

Scrubbing floor moulding and trim and spot cleaning common touch areas on walls and doors

SINGLE CLEANER SERVICES:

Spic and Span x2 is now offering single cleaner services at a reduced hourly rate, starting at $30 +HST. The purpose of this company addition allows folks on a budgeted income to access sustainable and economical cleaning services. Removal of garbage collected during clean can be added to your appointment for an additional $10.00.

Single Cleaning Services include:

• Maximum 3 hour clean (move out/deep cleaning exempted)
• Includes room specific cleaning (i.e., deeper clean of designated room), or general tidying (i.e., sweep, mop, dusting, tidying around home, general cleaning of kitchen, bathroom and living room)
• Clients can collaborate with us, detailing their cleaning non-negotiables; Spic and Span x2 will finalize cleaning appointment tasks based on length of time, alongside feasibility of services requested
